Return Policy

All products and services that you buy in our store or on our site including virtual products and services and tangible goods are non-refundable and non-returnable except in our sole and absolute discretion. If you accidentally purchase something from our store or on our site, please contact us immediately (but in any event within 24 hours) at Support_US@red5studios.com before using the purchased item and we will determine if we can cancel your order before you use it or before it is shipped. While Red 5 cannot make any promises, we will look at each timely request for cancellation or refund on a case by case basis to see where we may be able to assist. We will not be able to offer any refunds and you will not be able to return any tangible good that has already shipped or any virtual product or service after you have already used it.

Red 5 Studios, Inc owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with any Account. Red 5 Studios, Inc does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Game, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for value outside of the Game.
